Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between your enterprise organization ("Customer") and AI Voice Pilot ("Provider", operating via aivoicepilot.online). By registering an account, configuring an AI voice agent, or connecting an Exotel SIP trunk, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription Plans, Setup Fees & Billing

AI Voice Pilot operates on a transparent, SaaS usage-based billing model:

• Enterprise Demo Access: New accounts receive full access to our sub-400ms voice engine with interactive demo telephony minutes.
• Subscription Tiers & Setup Fees: Custom enterprise onboarding and private SIP trunk deployments may incur a one-time Setup Fee (₹1,999 for Starter, ₹4,999 for Growth, or ₹9,999 for Enterprise) as outlined on our pricing schedule.
• Usage-Based Minutes: Telephony overages beyond plan allowances are billed at standard usage rates starting from ₹6/minute for Indian domestic calls.

3. Telecom & TRAI DND Compliance (India & Global)

Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all automated inbound and outbound phone calls made using AI Voice Pilot comply with applicable national telecom regulations:

AI Voice Pilot strictly prohibits the use of our platform for unsolicited promotional spam, deceptive robocalls, or fraudulent impersonation. Violation of these rules will result in immediate tenant termination without refund.

4. 99.99% Uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.99% monthly infrastructure uptime for our core AI telephony orchestration engine and Google Gemini WebSocket relays.

In the event that monthly uptime falls below 99.9%, Enterprise Customers are eligible to receive service credit vouchers applied to their next billing cycle, proportionate to the downtime experienced.
